These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PopChew website and your participation in the PopChew Early Access and Waitlist program (the "Program"). By connecting your wallet or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. 1. The Program
PopChew is a collection of 1,024 digital collectibles ("NFTs") on the Polygon blockchain, minted for free through OpenSea. Early Access and Waitlist entries are a paid priority-access mechanism, not a purchase of an NFT itself. Paying to join the Program does not guarantee receipt of an NFT.
2. Fees and payments
Joining Early Access or the Waitlist requires a payment in POL, paid directly to a smart contract on the Polygon network. This fee is non-refundable except where required by law. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for verifying the contract address and transaction details before confirming any payment in your wallet.
3. Points, referrals, and tasks
Points are an in-app measure used to prioritize Program participants and carry no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a security, currency, or financial instrument. We may adjust point values, task availability, or program mechanics at any time before mint.
4. No guarantees
Participation does not guarantee eligibility, allocation, or delivery of any NFT. Digital assets are volatile and speculative; nothing on this site is financial advice, and you should not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose.
5. Wallet security
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We will never ask for your seed phrase. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised wallets, phishing, or user error.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
